How do I add my baby's name?
Type it in the Name on Blanket or Name on Bag box on the product page before you add it to your cart. You can use first, middle, last, or any combination, up to 40 characters.
Will you check my spelling?
We print exactly what you enter, so please check spelling, capitalization and spacing carefully. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before production.
Can I add a birth date, weight or a nickname?
Anything you type in the name box is printed as part of the pattern. If you'd like something different from what's shown in the photos, email us before ordering.
Can I see a proof first?
We don't send proofs as standard. The product photos show how the name is laid out on your design.
Can I get a matching blanket and diaper bag?
Yes. Most of our designs come as both a blanket and a diaper bag backpack, so you can order a matching set with the same name.
Blankets
What size is it?
About 30" × 40". It's sized for strollers, car seats, tummy time and photos.
What is it made of?
Ultra-soft 100% polyester fleece, printed on one side, with a soft white fleece backing.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Skip the iron and the bleach. Washing cold keeps the fleece soft and stops it from pilling.
Is it safe for my baby to sleep with?
Loose blankets don't belong in the crib with babies under 12 months. This blanket is made for supervised use: strollers, car seats, floor time and photos.
Why might mine look slightly different from the photos?
Blankets are sewn before they're printed, so the size can vary by about an inch and the print may sit slightly off-center. Colors may also look a little different on screen.
Diaper bags
How big is the diaper bag?
15" × 10.8" × 6.7" (38.1 × 27.4 × 17 cm), with a roomy main compartment and a wide zip-around opening.
Can I wear it as a backpack?
Yes. Carry it by the top handles like a tote or wear it on your back with the adjustable, padded shoulder straps.
What pockets does it have?
Three elastic pockets and one net pocket for bottles, wipes and diapers, plus a front pocket.
What is it made of, and how do I clean it?
Lightweight, sturdy 100% nylon with a cream lining. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap and let it air dry. Don't machine wash, tumble dry, iron or bleach it.
Where does the name show?
The pattern, including the name, is printed all over the bag: front, back, sides and front pocket. Where it falls at seams and zippers varies a little on every bag.
Orders and shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all US orders.
How long will it take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days: 2–5 days to print, then 3–5 days in transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now. We ship within the United States only.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. We don't include prices in the package.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After production starts, we can't make changes.
Problems
My order arrived damaged or misprinted. What now?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it or refund you, and you won't need to send it back.
